Ok guys i'm a newbie here. I bought my second ford car a few weeks back and i love it!!! I bought a Ford Telstar Ghia 1989 (1.8i). I love everything about it as it is very nice. I want to install a new mp3 player in the car. There is a cd player in (clarion) which i would like to change. My question is how do i go about doing this w/o spoiling the dash or breaking anything??? Any help would be great. Also the fuel indicator does not work for some reason. Any ideas???

cant help much with the stereo but for the fuel guage try this- lift up the rear seat and under the middle seat is the fuel pump and fuel guage sensor. you may have to lift the carpet to find this. visually inspect the wiring if anything is broken repair it but make sure you solder the joins if need be. if that doesnt help get back to me. i myself am an auto electrician and own a telstar
