Default my tx5

hey guys, im a n00b here

well ive recently purchased a 93 telstar tx5 as a new daily drive, i used to drive a 94 magna exec but bad things happened to it, and no it wasnt from unreliable parts lol

well anyways ive now got a 2.5l v6 auto telstar tx5.. my question is this, is the gearbox always so slushy? i mean wen the car is cold it has a hard time to shift from 1st to 2nd, it might be from the previous owners tho... my 2nd question is has any1 had any problems of the car being way underspeed? ive got a GPS speed device which shows my speed and its sayin im doing around 5-10km/h slower than usual.. my final question is how long do the CVs last? i think ive got a CV on its way

besides all these, im very pleased with the car, and im glad for feedback

(check the tyre size) not unusuall to have a different reading - be happy it is slower

how many kms on the car - if it is injected the engine might need a tune as well

how long do the CVs last (no fast rule replace when they rumble or make a noise around corners or start knocking

is the gearbox always so slushy?/ get the auto serviced or change the filter and oil yourself
