Default New to the Focus club!!

Hi everyone,

New here and to the focus club . It is good to have some comfort in my life now as I am coming off 6 years of sport bikes and old **** 4WDs.

I pick up a 2006 Focus about two weeks ago and love it, great fun to drive and good on fuel compared to what I previously owned. Looking forward to doing a few mods to it in the coming future as I get the money but won't be anything to extreme.

Cheers Luke.

Welcome......they are a brilliant little car. We purchased a new LX Focus h/b in 2006 and it has not missed a beat....its done 99,000 k's and it's still on the original battery ( although it is getting a bit tired), original brake pads and I only just replaced the original tyres after 95'000 k's. As you can see its had a pretty easy life which is helped by the fact that we live in a semi-rural area. I regularly get around 7.2L/100ks. The only additional thing I do outside of regular servicing is changing the oil every six months.
