Date: 28th October 2007
Starting point: Midland Gate shopping Center, Undercover (bottom level car park) which runs along side Gt Eastern Hwy, Midland Meet time: 10am… Cruise at 10.30ish Need to Bring: Money for chocolate, road map (not necessary but handy), CB radio if you have one and a Ford BA Generally on the cruise’s I have attended with other clubs, the cruise route was not published prior to the event, so I have tried to do this cruise the same, however the cruise will include chocolate, fast food, a tunnel and a hell of a lot of fords! So if you have a BA and love your Fords, feel free to come along! Please note that I AM NOT a cruise moderator or any moderator on FF.com.au. Just because there is no club “officials” does NOT mean that this cruise, or the club will condone any illegal activity. If you wish to speed excessively, or do burnouts etc. please do this in your own time and place, as we do not want to create a bad image for the club. If you choose to do so, action will be taken. (Sorry I feel this has to be said) If you have any queries or want to meet up with the group after the start point, send me a PM and I will help out as much as I can!

ok i will set aside the 4th for the WA B-series cruise. anyone have a route they would like to use? and anyone against opening the cruise up to the Perth E-series club???

THe cruise set for the 4/11/2007..
lots us live all over town from north to south... so if we have a series of set times and locations where folks can join/leave the cruise as they see fit. There is an emphasis on the stop at the Chocolate Factory near midland at 4pm, where it is hoped that all cars will be there regardless of whether they are just joining the cruise, or about to finish up. I will check that the MRCF is open until at least 4:30pm. The planned times are as follows. 12pm - leave Baldivis bottom of Freeway 1pm - leave Kelmscott Maccas 2:30 - leave Kalamunda (most likely Chicken Treat as the Bakery may still be closed) 4pm - meet at MRCF for a chat and some food (chocolate). 4:45ish - leave MRCF AFTER THIS it will be up to someone who lives up that way, we could either go via REID or GNANGARA road towards the coast, then down to Hillarys or even Scabs for sunset. I will put a link to this post in the WA section and bump it now and then.. I personally think the cruise should not exclude any type of vehicle, but we should not drive like turkeys around town. Any ideas.. feel free to throw them in. |

woahh talk about a hijacked cruise, a little notice or a pm would be nice since im working out cruise routes and stops with Perth E-series aswell and they are using the cruise as one of their official cruises...

ok well what i have had in the pipelines for the cruise was a "Swan river cruise" essentially stop a various places around the swan river including burswood casino, Shelly bridge, south Perth etc... and finish up at scabs. sunset wont be untill 8pmish or later due to daylight savings

Yes..I am guilty of not reading the first post here, and though that nothing had been planned.
SO being the organising bastart that I am I couldn't help myself. Am sure we can sort out something so us southerners can meet up with the others.. and if we can get some chocolate as well.. all the better. |

update: we have worked out a decent cruise route, just confirming with Perth E-series and will do a trial run to check parking etc. dont wanna rock up with 30 odd cars and 15 parking spaces lol!

maybe a bit more than 18... just found out Red Bull Air Race i on that weekend and half the bruise is around swan river. so is everyone happy to avoid the city at all costs or change the cruise date?
