Default Michael Schumacher being sued.

Hmmmm! I see some dude in Spain is suing Michael Schumacher for knocking him off his m'bike shortly before Michael had his skiing accident.
The guy claims Michael hit the guy with his car.
He is suing for damage to m'bike, clothing and a broken wrist.

I see no issue here, if it happened, sue away. He suffered a loss due to Michael.

The Family will most likely give the guy some 'go away money.'

Police have said in their accident report the seven-time F1 champion, who was on a private visit to Spain, failed to respect his alleged victim's right of way.

The money he will be sued for will be so minimal it wont affect his assets.
The money to cover damage to the bike, the clothing and costs for operation on wrist and to pay income when out work isn't to brought into proportion of schumachers assets.
Just give the guy the money he is entitled to and done, shouldn't even need to make it a court matter.

Probably tried to sneak past on the inside, and Shuey would have none of that, as he proved during his racing career.
