I can understand your point, but its called progress. I mean look at the GT complete with blower, has never had one before. Do you see the GT fanbois cracking up?

Just need nissan to bring back a 4 cyl 2 door sports car...

Hell, do it in partnership with Ford...Nissan develops the chassis, ford do the engine ect...

Call fords version (with a new top hat design) the Capri

Call Nissans version the Silvia

Both with EcoBoost 4's!

even though i`m not a fan of the variable transmission, i have a sneaking suspicion this supra might end up being a very very quick car , i`m thinking toyota might pull a rabbit out of the hat with this one.

And wasn't that a shock. When everyone saw the prototype, a fugly Nissan Juke stuffed full of GTR engine and driveline they just laughed and said there's no way that will make production. But now it will, couldn't believe it.

There have been rumours of both the Capri and the 200SX making a comeback, the Capri is a good chance although it will be FWD on the Focus platform which is dissapointing, and the 200SX was supposed to be a definate till the GFC, and haven't heard much about a comeback yet but I recon it will come sooner or later.

There were a few more rumours last year on the 200SX.
(based on the EsFlow concept)
