Default Advice - Dash vinyl reskinning to OEM std (or better)

I'm looking to get a vinyl dash re-skinned (vacuum formed/glued) and am seeking comments (+ve and -ve) from people who have already gone down this path.

I've heard of the following businesses, there may be others.
Dashboard Doctor - MEL
Classic Dash - Syd
Dash Original - ADE

Comments accepted as replies here or PM me, covering:
- quality
- correctness
- turnaround time
- value for money
- openness about expected delivery date (I know some places are very busy... )

thanks in advance......
