Only since a couple of months ago I've noticed cars with normal, yellow NSW number plates, but with one red letter or number. Has anyone else seen these or know what they mean? They're obviously government cars because the cars have been white FG Falcons and VE Commo's...

Hey mate.
Welcome to the forum. Ive noticed them for a little while aswel in NSW but havent seen one in ages. Im confident that they are some sort of Gov car and highly doubt you can buy them of the myplates website..... Particularly if its outside of NSW.... And its nice to see constructive replies to your very first post. Some people feel the need to beat there chests early on in the game...

If it's a white car then it's a commonwealth car that's used to pick up federal politicians from the airport and drive them around in Sydney.
If it's a silver car then its a premiers department car.
