kf2 tx3 heating up

Hey guys ive been having alot of trouble with my girlfriends laser heating up in traffic, is this a common thing or wot. The following has been done everything checked like the common stuff but it seems to me like the thermo fan is not big enough to bring the temp down in traffic, its becoming a joke, no mechnic can fix it, if its the fan wouldent of ford recalled it this being the case, thanx guys
