Default HELP!!, Clutch squeak in a 99 Laser

The car in question is a 99 KN 1.8L Laser sedan, the car very rarely gets driven since we live so close to the train and we use the ute most weekends. however this has caused a problem, now when you press down on the clutch and subsiquently release the clutch there is a squeaking sound, quite loud out side.

Does anybody have any idea what this may be?

My first impression was possibly the pedal box but now Im leaning toward the throwout not having enough lubrication,
if this is it is there any access to spray some sort of lubrication in there and what would people reccomend?
