Default 2010 FTF Car Club AGM

The FTF Car Club of NSW will be holding its Annual General Meeting on the first Friday in February. This is a very important meeting with a long agenda. Hence the earlier start time.

On the agenda is:
stock take report of merchandise,
an audited financial report for the past year,
yearly reports from current committee members,
election of a new committee,
reading and voting on the new club constitution I have written,


Positions up for election are:

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer

SUB - COMMITTEE
Events Officer
Membership Officer
Merchandise Officer
Promotions Officer
Webmaster


Location: Ryde ex Servicemans Club www.rydex.com.au

Address: 724 Victoria Road, Ryde (about 500m west of Brad Garlick Ford).

Time: 6:45 for 7:00pm sharp start.
