Narrowing it down by car brands that have an oval shaped emblem on the front grille....
I would say it is a 2000 Subaru Forester.

Doesn't appear to have any plates on it, suggesting unregd or stolen, but you could get lucky & find it in the local neighbourhood (if it's a regular).
The pattern of the stuffed clear coat on the bonnet should be enough for a positive ID. |
