Default Fuel tanks

G'day guys and girls,
have any of you's seen or done or know of removing the jerry car of a fuel tank from a MK2 escort and retro fitting it with a drop tank?
easy to do or too much stuffing around?
cheers

yep - seen it done many times

It all depends on what you call stuffing around?
there is the brackets to mount the tank, the fuel filler section being cut into the rear panel, reconecting of fuel sender & fuel lines

Is it extra capacity you are chasing, there is a difference between them around 10 litres side tank 40.5, drop tank I think is 49..
