nah forget it :P (I'll wait for others to read and laugh (at me?))

No idea about axles on their own but I'm sure you could pick up a 2nd hand diff (make sure it has 28 spline axles) for very cheap and pluck the axle from that.

i can run you throught it

jack car
remove wheel
on the disk there is a phileps head screw, undo it
take the breaks off
pull the rotor off
there are 4 bolts that hold the diff and the axel berings on undo them,
pull the axel out
put new axel in
then do it all up together

its not overly hard takes around 2 houres if you havent done it before, but its not difficult

i had a bent axle (and just about every arm underneath as well) i picked up a single spinner diff out of a ef with 140k's for $80 disc to disc. its a fairly easy job as everything just falls out once u undo all the bolts.

It's easy to do, I have an EL diff here for $50 if you want it. Just so happens that I thought I had a bent axle in it (passenger side) so I got it all checked out and cleaned up good as new with a new bearing, it's done about 5,000k since that was done. Let me know. Also you will need a big phillips head screw driver as the screw tends to be a right ***** to get undone if it hasn't been taken out for a long time.

When I bent my RH axle, I had quite alot of trouble getting it out (this is pre-spool btw) once everything was undone, and had to use a slide-hammer to get the bugger out. It took alot of effort, along with the bearing.
