Default HAHAHA Busted

Hired a multiskip to get rid of tons of rubbish and some inconsiderate so and so dumped heaps of crap in it before we got a chance to use it. Its half bloody full. Bin cost us $211. Went through the rubbish and found the blokes pay slip with his name and address.
Rang the local security who went round and said take the rubbish out or the cops will come. Then the security rang us back to tell us what they did and said the bloke will back round to pick up his rubbish and call them back if he didn't. I hung up the phone and looked out the window and the guy was there sorting through the rubbish taking back his. Pure GOLD!!! The wife went out and confronted him and he said he was sorry and embarrased. She handed him his pay slip back and then he admitted he was going to dump it in another multiskip someone hired just around the corner. Silly billy.

All this happened within the space of ½ an hour.

Best thing was the neighbours also saw him dump it and then come back and take it back out.

Finally something good happens for the good guys.

I see and hear of this type of thing all the time.
I really have to wonder about the "intelligence" (or lack of) with some people.

Guy walks into a local myers, complaining about product he bought. Not sure of details, but his claim is denied. So he goes ballistic knocking over other items, threatening staff..... Moron does not remember he has company shirt with his name embroiled on left side....what a winner

Its because of inconsiderate people like this that my brother dumps all his crap in a corner of his backyard then calls in the skip bin. Then he spends a whole day moving said crap from his backyard to the skip bin.

You should have followed him to the next bin he was going to dump his rubbish in, and then wait until he'd finished, before handing over his details to the people who had hired that one...

When we demolished our old house to build new, someone backed up a tipper into our driveway and dumped 8 tonnes of reinforced concrete in our yard.

The neighbours saw it, but they assumed that we knew the people in the truck because they got out and waved.

We have a skip out the back of the shop, and when one of the neighbouring retailers decided (for the eleventeenth time...) that their wheelie bins were almost full and that they started liberally adding their rubbish to our bin and in no time it was full. Normally we would let a few bags go here and there, but this time the bin was filled a week earlier than normal. So we grabbed all of his easily identified rubbish bags and dumped them at the back door of his shop. Certainly got the message this time, he sheepishly apologised.

Mate, I know how u feel, had the same thing happen to me when I was building my house years ago. I had enough on the 3rd skip full and complaints from next door due to the smell of rotten meat in them so got in and looked for anything that could identify the a--holes. I found some medicine boxes with the name and address of 1 of the people - they lived 1 suburb away and found photos of some datto's which were parked down the street so not knowing who gave me what, me and a mate got my old man's 5 tonne truck, put all the crap in, back it up to the front door and dumped half the lot right up against each perpatrators house. They weren't home but the look on their faces would have been priceless, especially given that the 2 old used toilets, that 1 of them dumped, ended up at each house turned upside down and balanced on their mail boxes. My mate added the finishing touch by taking the glass shower screen panels and dropping 1 infront of each of their garages - glass everywhere!
My 4th skip stayed empty until I filled it.
The wheely bin episode was even funnier but that's another story.

Found the other skip the guy dumped his rubbish in. Its on a building site with rewards of up to $2000 for dumping illegally. The skip is overflowing and rubbish is blowing onto the road. Should I call it in and claim the reward? Make this guy have a really bad day or just be happy he got his crap out of my bin? I don't think he'll be able to trace it to us if we go for the reward.

Dude $2000. Stuff him. It'd be his fault for dumping illegally.

The tip fees are why people illegally dump stuff.

I had a fair few old paint tins, and although we have the occasional free chemical collection day, to take tins to the tip they are $2.50 per litre capacity, whether they are full or not - thats $10 for a single 4L paint tin with a few ml in the bottom!!

This guy is obviously not going to stop doing it. You already busted him and he went and dumped his rubbish in another skip. The reward is posted for a reason. I say you should dob him in and get the reward. Maybe then it will teach him the lesson he deserves!

Discount due to white goods being made from recycleable metal. $28.. isn't exactly a king's ransom buddy, I used to work demoltion and even after dumping demo waste by the tonne at a much higher rate than what you've quoted we could still make an honest buck. People who dump rubbish on the side of the road are two bit criminals, nothing more.
