Currently the court case is still in decision mode, the judge has heard from both parties and is currently making a decision.

Don't hold your breath, no matter who wins there wouldn't be any action there for at least 6 - 12 months from past experience, and if BJ wins well who knows what's going to happen.

I don't get why BJ is so intent on holding onto it when he's doing nothing with it.

Apparently Bill Russo actually owns it now but cant do nothing with it until the court case is finalised. Interesting note is that BJ is still taking money for events which get held there so he will probably end up having to pay Bill some sort of rental money or something. I've also heard that George Nowak who was originally going to buy it with the 5 other businessmen is somehow still involved in the court case. Ultimately, once Bill Russo gets the green, BJ will probably just keep appealing the decision, which means back to the court for another round of hearings. Could go on forever and a day but if the court had any sense they would just tell BJ to go back to Victoria. Just what i've heard and my 2 cents.
