Default metal shavings in engine oil

hey guys i got metal shavings in my xr8 boss 260 engine oil im thinking the worst odviously big ends or mains are on there way out the engine only has 100,000 ks so im hoping that would not be the issue is there any known problems that could be cause these shavings i know about the timing guides but they let off a plastic shavings not a metal shaving anyone got ne ideas please.

i do them every 5000 and nits only been 3000 since last one
