12yo Pure bred Arabian Bay Gelding - 16'1hh - "JONMAR Samir" (Sambo)
7yo Anglo-Arabian Chestnut Mare - 16'2hh - "JONMAR Zara"

Mechan1k... I love arabians! My sisters big into horses. She's going to Germany for a year after Christmas to train with some guy over here. We've always had horses since we were kids. Mosthly thoroughbreds (x-racers) thow. We currently have a shetland and a miniture, both stallions as lawnmowers at home atm. My sisters horses are agisted closer to her.

He current horse "Mac" is massive. Somewhere around 18hands. I'll post a pic up when i can find one.

I have to get another pup after seeing all these pics! :O

Xrated, my cat does the same thing, except he walks infront of the screen so i pay him attention not the screen, and if i start typing he walks on the keyboard. He also plays with the water from the tap when im brushing my teeth. Annoying but very cute!

Mechan1k, This is a pic of my sisters horse Mac, i finally found one.

Anyone who loves dogs in the Sydney area, you have to go to Leichhardt to Puppacino Park.

My mother in law found this place (I had heard about it) and is such a dog lover that she stayed there for hours. Then she wanted to take us down with our doggie, Fudge.

It has a little cafe at one end with good coffee. They even have puppacino's (puppy milk all frothed up and served in a special little bowl!). The park is off-leash and all the dogs are amazing! We took Fudge because she is good with other dogs and is fine to be off her leash (she really hates the leash).

All the different types of dogs - we were in doggie heaven! We patted and played and frolicked for 2.5 hours. Fudge had one serious altercation involving a little dog that came right up under her nose and took her little piece of food... oops. The little dog was almost mincemeat. And Fudge wouldn't listen when I first tried to grab her off the dog (the woman owner was squealing and trying to drag her dog away - it was on a leash) but stopped pretty quick when I yelled. This voice from the depths of hell came up into my mouth as I growled like she's never heard... she promptly knew she had done wrong and sat down straight away, looking very guilty and sorry. She got "time out" on her leash for 10 minutes, no ball throwing for her!

But besides that, it was fantastic! We have some great shots of all types of doggies. I thought it was funny how these little yappy things were trying to be all big and tough with the HUGE dogs lol.

My only issue would be that there weren't many bitzers, nearly all of them were purebreads. Which I find sad. There are so many many many dogs at the RSPCA and council pounds waiting for a good home and some love, and people still go for $1000 puppies.

Fudge was a pound dog and she is fantastic - half bull terrier, half staffy.

Bindi that place sounds great! i wish we had somewhere like that here!

My god gypsy is much better with other dogs off leash. We used to think there was something wrong with her because she was so bad with other dogs, always getting over defensive. But then we read somewhere how some dogs feel a bit threatened when you have them on a leash and restrict them from interacting with other dogs- because then they think there's something wrong with that dog because you're pulling them away...

She gets on with all dogs now we have her off leash. I actually feel alot safer walking her without a leash on!!

1 Rottweiler (9 years old) - Getting old ... biggest sook ... great guard dog - his name is Cain.
1 goat
1 Shetland Pony - Lawn mower
9 horses (1 is a 7 month old foal)
One of the horses is a Pure-Bred Arabian and won Australian National Champion as a 2 year old in 2003.
We have 2 broodmares .... one is in foal to an imported US Stallion that has one literally all events in Australia ... foal is due end of August.
The others are dressage/hacking/eventer horses ... trying to sell a couple of them at the moment (Bec doesn't have the time to ride/work all of them).

Other than that .. all the other horses on our property are other people's .... we run agistment.

Also have about 40-50 head of cattle on the other leased property as well.
Here's some pics of Sumo ... the Jack Russell (sitting down quiet for the change)
