I define rice as mods that are made to the vehicle that whilst aim to make the car look like it has more GO about it, it isn't the case.

I'm tipping in the case of the Mustang GT-R, most of those parts are put to use.

T-wings might be ugly, but if they are there for a reason they are most certainly not rice.
