Very fitting colour. Not what I would pick if it was offered as a standard colour ..... but if I was buying a one and only colour to signify the last GT, that would be the colour!

Don't think some understand what "The last GT" means?

That would have to be the biggest call I have read on the forums over all these years. Put ya login on it mate, and good luck.

How happy do you think old mate would be knowing his $200k one off GT wasn't actually the last one. Surprise!

Lets all enjoy this moment. We can all agree its an end of an era. The curtain has come down on the FPV GTF. A historical day.

It's the last Falcon GT. It's the last GT built by Ford Australia. That's what we are talking about. Not Mustang GT or Hyundai GT. Aussie built Ford Falcon GT. If you think that there is going to be another factory built Ford Faclon based GT. I've got a grand says you're wrong.

Anyway, I'm not trying to bring the thread down. It looks great other than that!!!
I think if you look closely the rear spoiler isn't on yet in that pic. It will have one like every other GTF.

Anyway enough of that. I think it's fantastic. I was initially a bit miffed for the other GTF owners, and sadly I'm not one of them, about the colour choice thing but then the gold thing closing the loop is pretty cool. They even painted the engine bay. Nice touch. But being that the guy is a true GT lover and paid close to a quarter of a mil for the thing. It will be more than that by the time on roads are paid.

I think it's also great the way FoA have celebrated the occasion involving the customer and the teams who build these fine machines. Hats off to them.

I hope they take a bunch of pics for posters to be sold through parts stores. That would be nice to have.
