For the past two weeks, they have showed new Japanese Chef's on SBS. WHERE is the Italian Chef?? I had to You Tube it to see an episode of him in it! I love Iron Chef and would definitely go see them live...no matter the cost!

I have not watched it for a while but last night I was quite annoyed that they have dubbed the Chairmans voice. It almost feels like disrespect.
