For those that think Obama is going to fix anything, I'd highly recommend watching "The Obama Deception" first, then see what you think of him.
Obama doesn't call the shots (he may think he does though), his "controller's" indirectly get him to do what they want. He will be used as a scape goat when the financial markets crash and another "President" will be appointed into the Whitehouse to continue the Bilderberg groups' bidding. This is not about saving GM or any other car maker, it's about consolidating power into the hands of the few and turning us into their slaves! Talk of nationalising the major banks, Govt's sacking CEO's and making them return bonus payments, sounds like a dictatorship to me!...but never in the Home of Brave, Land of the Free?? Sounds pretty far fetched doesn't it?...I sure hope it is!!

What happened to the $10 trillion? And why isn't the US government now controlling these select few banks? The question is simple, and so is the answer. Simply put, as Bent8 suggests, Obama is a puppet, just like the blokes before him. But I must disagree on one thing, Bent8; a slave is given more dignity.

Our own leaders have to have some serious backing to get to the top. It's Interesting that Rudd is making the same noises as Obama, especially with the raft of taxes about to be imposed with the great charade of GW. I guess the people have to be afraid before they will easily give up their freedoms and money. Frightened people are far more controllable. Nothing scares people like a global threat! GK

Any crackpot can put a documentary together with little substance. I suggest believers in that junk get a grip and have a think about what is more likely. A huge conspiracy, or something a lot more normal......? |

You can't really complain since you guys are the one who voted Rudd in, in the first place.

Two many coinicidences for me to believe that doco doesnt have any truth in it. Take 50% truth from obama take 50% from the doco and it still not a good outcome for us. |

One thing that hasn't been considered is that if GM makes it through bankruptcy they will have much lower labor costs, legacy cost, almost no debt and a much more focused product lineup.
That will leave ford at a huge disadvantage.... |

What the us gov. is expected to do is split GM into Good GM and Bad GM. Good GM gets all the good bit of the current GM and a clean slate. Bad GM gets all unprofitable parts, legacy cost, unwanted dealer and bonds and is liquidated. |
