Yep, that's the place. There's another RHS 'on ramp' a click or two back near the Caltex servo which does the same thing. Both are murder.

They dropped the limit when the traffic lights were installed at the entrance to the yet to be built prison.

Yeah the merge lane is pretty small aswell which doesn't help much. It's just asking for a major accident. I could imagine there would be a fair few side swipes and rear enders.
