by the 25th of October. However if there is some reason you cant get it in by then (and laziness does NOT count), but you are 100% certain you will be attending and displaying, let me know.

Under the 3 week mark now!

Time to get your entry forms moving, start thinking about how to best display the car etc, and get your Ford shirts ready to go.

Closer to the day I will post up in a seperate thread a few details in regards to entering on the day etc. I will also be looking at organising a cruise around Wagga for after the show, leaving the Equex Centre at about 6:30pm (show finishes about 5). After this we'll possibly come back to Equex to have a BBQ for everybody, or have it somewhere else - not sure yet.

Im securing a few more cars in the coming days so it should hopefully be an event well worth being a part of.

Just tying up a loose end tomorrow then should be in the clear for the AFD in Wagga. If we do attend i will display the rapid ba mk2 xr6 and send payment a per required. Just curious about what time will the cruise be passin though the Benalla, Wangaratta area as i be cruzin' from deep sou'west o vic. Would be great to hook up with the vic mobby's for the remainder of the cruise on up.

Hey B2F, I think i might have wrangled a chance to bring the xf ute up instead of the EL (after all there is stuff to look at in the ute its not stock like the EL) will let you know closer to the date.. Is that ok?

Its at Equex, only up round the corner from Hillis. There's no way Id try and fit this amount of cars into Hillis' lot.

Hmmm... What time can I get my car out of the lot?

I have a course I need to attend on the Sunday and so I need to bail ASAP.
Also, any guesses how long it takes to drive from north Sydney to Wagga Wagga Wagga Wagga Wagga Wagga Wagga Wagga...

Can get it out at 5 but talk to me on the day and we might be able to arrange something. No promises though.

Sydney - Wagga = about 4.5hrs.

Ok I am going to be a party pooper and say this straight out...

If anybody wants to have a few quiet ones on the Friday or Saturday night thatis fine by me, BUT, if anybody is obviously a bit under the weather to the point where I dont feel you're safe to drive, you WILL be asked to either be a passenger for the evening and not drive, or leave the group and take your own risks away from the rest of us.
I know the majority will be sensible and responsible but for those who arent, consider this as your first and last warning.

The All Ford Day is a forums get together and believe me there are a lot of people watching to see how it goes because they're thinking about getting involved in years to come. Its vital we give em a good impression (but I know we will).

Now all of that said, I think the plan is for everybody to pretty much hang around the Lawson and have a few quiet drinks. They dont have a bar there and I am yet to check if this is ok to do with their management but I think it'll be fine. Saves everybody having to drive, and its also not too far from a bed for the night after what will be a long day behind the wheel.

I have a policy of strict - Drink no Drive - Where ever I have a drink, my car stays at the Hotel. I will walk or get a cab to the meeting place.

Will definately be there,not sure what time i will be leaving Melbourne probably Friday in the afternoon sometime because of work commitments.
How long is the drive up to Wagga from Melbourne ?
