Ok. I Didn't know. This is what I was thinking of. Guess I was half right.

Australian Ford Mainline Utility

In Australia the Mainline name was applied to a locally developed 2 door coupé utility version of the Ford Customline sedan from 1952.[9] The Mainline utilized an imported Ford V8 convertible chassis [10] with an added cross member for additional load carrying strength.[11] It sold alongside the Australian built Customline sedan, with both given yearly updates until production ceased in 1959.[12] The Mainline Utility were powered by an Australian produced version of the Ford side valve V8 engine [13] until the introduction of the OHV V8 in the redesigned 1955 series.[14]

But a Fairlane was Crestline before 55 and they were only 2 doors I think so scrub that.

That was a difficult one. i think the main problem everyone had was the side profile shot you had was very similar to so many mentioned. At one point i was convinced it was a plymouth belvedere.
