I bought a 2006 Limited 3.0L V6 Escape at auction last week and have just realised I have no way of playing my own music or podcasts etc through the speakers. First world problems I know, but surely some clever person has worked out how to do it??

Seems you have no audio / USB input and only a CD stacker.
Failing changing the entire unit I can see there are some Android phones that can transmit an FM signal so you can install an app to generate that signal to a specific unused frequency then play your music on your phone and tune in to it on your radio.

You can try one of these gadget thingies that takes a USB of mp3 songs but the quality of the music through the FM radio in your car is not ideal.
