Sprints for sale

I love looking at carsales & various online auction sites to see whats new & how the markets going with various makes & models. I couldn't get over how many XR8 & XR6 Sprint's were for sale, 26 V8's & 21 Turbo's on carsales alone, and there would be more elsewhere. What was surprising was the amount with next to no km's on them. I would love to know why you would sell one of these unless for financial/medical reasons, especially as I thought they sold out pre build?

Some will be "collectors" who were hoping for a fast buck, others will be dealer representative (outsourced seller) sales. SOme of the ads will look like private sellers but will be dealers of some sort.
