Holden always seem to be coming up with new concept cars, so I thought I would give Ford a list of cars that I would love to see as a concept at a future car show. I have tried to cater for a cross section of people. Please add your comments or additional ideas.
Falcon GT HO - In this day and age it would have to be a AWD V8 Turbo. The AWD would be the HO (Handling Option) and the Turbo to more than compensate for the extra weight. 2 Door Falcon Coupe - Either modern or a retro version of the XA/B/C Convertable Falcon - Why do we have to look to Europe for a convertable these days. We have the perfect climate for one here. Convertable Fairlane - Dammit, why not go bigger. There are no big convertables on the market. The Fairlane would have to be 2 Doors though, but with the longer wheelbase would look awesome, and have no problems in taking up room when the roof folds down. V8 Territory - I know they are looking at a Turbo version but hey, give it a Bonnet Bulge. It would look like one mean mother with that. Territory Ute - Well why not. It is selling well so why not expand the range. Well this is just a start with existing models.. |

I can't see a GTHO AWD.
I'd like to see the two door return. Have coupes available in XT, Fairmont and GT not Ghia or GT-P. Also a Faitlane coupe

Id go the GTHO, but not with AWD (I cant stand AWD). I think 450kw would be a great start.
A convertible maybe, but they would have to release a sporty 2 door for this to happen...based of the falcon range would just look silly. I'd also love the return of a 2 door falcon - but dodge the retro look - though some links to the XA/XB would be good...

Heh, you suggested a V8 Territory.
At Indy last year, while cruising around the Ford merchandise paddock, I came across a CAPA display area. They had a supercharged XR8 ute, supercharged Crewman and a Territory. Black, looked real swish. Upon closer inspection, under the bonnet sat a Boss 260 V8, SUPERCHARGED. :sm_drool: : : I had a chat with them and they basically said that they needed two cars to do the job, an XR8, and a Territory. They did an article on the "Terror-Tory" in a mag somewhere.

EDIT: Just thought about it, and realised I left out the most important detail. If this was to be done, MAKE SURE IT'S NOT FRONT WHEEL DRIVE!
