I have a hearing problem and understanding Phillipino or similar language is just flamin hard, I need to speak to someone in Paypal over a strange problem, is there anywhere local that speak our language.

I rang them two days ago, and they spoke perfect english, and fixed my problem in about 20 seconds.
Just ring the number and speak to them.
