Default Car Club help (Vic south east)

G'day, Looking for a car club that is involved with Club permits. Im in the south eastern region of Melbourne out towards Gippsland, I have a Tidy old 1975 F100 that I don't drive to often but still want to keep it on the road. I don't really understand how this permit stuff works but more than happy to be involved in some sort of Ford or classic car club as I have plenty of toys to contribute. If anyone knows what club/s may suit please point me in the right direction.

You could try to contact this club.
http://sportingregister.org.au
Think they have a fairly broad range of members cars.
Might be lucky.

And, I am putting it out there, the Victorian club permit scheme isnt there just for people who dont want to skimp on paying rego which is what alot of people try and do. Join a club by all means but make sure you use the permit for club events too. I have so many people contact me through my club who just want permits and I wont do it.

I do understand that, But isnt it also for the situation im in?. The truck hardly gets used but is in good condition and useable, If the rego runs out it will rot away. Getting a club permit helps it stay on the road and I would meet some like minded people in the process???

You could also try the falcon/fairlane club. I know they meet on the east side of town. Good bunch of guys.

There is an F-series/F100 club, they usually have a good display at the All Ford Day
