I reckon the opposite is true.It's a funny ad and makes you laugh, so it's likable, and then you see the GT revving and shaking with two good looking (yet clumsy) girls.
So it associates FPV/Ford with aussie humor, tough V8's and girls. I think it's better than most official FPV ads.

There are literally thousands of real 'dipsticks' in Australia alone...so why did they decide to do fake 'dipsticks'?

Kinda loses it's charm.

I still entered though lol!
