Fan No.396... Facebook played a part in the revival of Hey Hey.. doubtful it'll be as effective at influencing a global company's production strategies... and I also have doubts the Falcon will ever fade out after reading more positive info in recent days.

They were always planning on a Hey Hey reunion well before that facebook group started. It may have helped the producers with what format the show would have been by doing a revival and not just an episode of the old cast sitting around that table talking about the old days etc.

As us forum users know now that they are NOT just killing the Falcon like what the misleading news headlines made people believe they were and there is nothing that a facebook group would do anything about this. However I might just join anyway.

I think the groups should've been called Ford-Keep the Aussie Ford Falcon RWD!

I'll join regardless.

I shouldn't have joined because when people are set as my friends, they can see what groups I've joined and some 16 year old Holden purist started a group called "Dont save the falcon" (that's actually his poor punctuation of the title by the way). : I hope all hell breaks loose on this kid and finds out that he has bitten off more than he can chew.

Speaking of groups... I am sure alot of members here would have great opinions to give to those teenie boopers in the group "You should be able to drive under 17". I cannot stop laughing at the fact most of the 14 year olds in it think they can drive.
