Hi Guys,
I have attached an image of my XHII XR6 ute master cylinder. I want to confirm if this is an anti lock braking system installed? Thanks in advance |

Hi Taking an educated guess I would say no as it has 3 pipes off the master cyl. that is 1to the rear 1 to the left front and 1 to the right front. On cars with ABS 2 pipes run to the ABS module then pipes run from the ABS to the wheels . Cheers MD

Thanks for the information.
I have compared the master cyl on my mates EB which I'm definate it has ABS and 3 pipes come off it also. But the other thing I noticed three pipes go to the LHF guard. I suppose the other way to find out if its got ABS is to jump on my brakes on the XH. |

check under the front inner guards to see if ya can see the abs motor or have a look at the inner side of the front rotors for any wiring to the sensors and drive to about 90kmh and jump on the picks and see if works..

Your right 1 pipe goes to the rear wheels and two pipes go to the front wheels.
I cant find a ABS motor anywhere, no sensors on any wheels either. I'm ruling it out that it hasn't got ABS. |

Umm... cannot see an image, but I do not believe they came with ABS.
Cheers,
