I was driving home from work today and saw DENMAC FORD signage going up where 4WD caryard was. On the Magic Mile at Moorooka.
One FORD dealer must have confidence in the future and or doing ok to set up a new yard.Good to see !!!

Binks Ford in Footscray are moving to a brand new yard here in Deer Park next to LeMans Toyota in a couple of weeks time.

Thats interesting that Denmac is expanding, whilst AP Eagers group (Metro/Southside) are consolidating dealerships..... Good on denmac for having a Red hot go...
Is Moorooka opening as they are closing Darra? Or is it a smaller satelite dealer to try and get some more business their way... as they spotted an opportunity with Southside closing up.... It can only be a good thing. |

Denmac just picked up a fair wack of Southside Fords business, only being a few kays down the road its probarly been a good move for them!
Id say we will see some EX Southside staff at Denmac.. I would say Darra will be going in the next 2 - 3 years!

Our Local dealer Valley Ford has just completed building two new dealerships and is currently constructing their thrid.. so obviously they don't see things to badly?

Ive been told denmac darra is going to get a major upgrade new showroom etc the new cars are going to be where the used car section is now while under the construction. Moorooka is just a used cars site
