Default Wedding Ribbons on F6

I'm using my F6 as the bridal car for a friends wedding tomorrow... The groom dropped the ribbons off last night.
Silly question, I spose?.. But where do you tie the ribbons to? (A pic of a BA/BF in wedding guise appreciated)
Thanks.. C.Wool

Sunvisor mounts, pull the door rubber off and tuck it under there, down to under the bonnet release back up to the passenger sunvisor mount.

i put the ribbon through the metal piece under the bonnet(the part the bonnet clicks into the latch) and up inside the top end of the door seal and tied onto the sunvisors
hope that helps

Yep what they said. Usually a good idea to give the area where the ribbon is touching the paint an extra good wax to stop minor rub marks.

On my au, I run the ribbons through the hook for the bonnet. The ribbon will get a little squished, but should be ok. Try and centre the ribbon so you have equal lengths to play with. Don't close the bonnet, just rest it against the latch. Each end of the ribbon tie to your visors. Well the metal part anyway.

From there I adjust the ribbon and push on the bonnet till the ribbons get some tension. If you need to move the ribbon and adjust it, just open the bonnet a little so the ribbon slackens. Lower the bonnet again to see how it looks. Once your happy with it, you should ok to shut the bonnet.

Be careful running your hands and fingers along the ribbon, they can give you some really nasty gashes.

Pull the ribbon as tight as possible beofre tying off, as a flapping ribbon will scratch your bonnet nicely...... also keep the speeds down, ie under 80kph.

A extra coat of wax will help too.

When I drove limos I used my chamois holder standing on end to hold the bonnet up while tying the ribbon, then close the bonnet, this provides enough tension to stop them moving.

I used to work as a tech at a prestige dealer. We used to see cars with funky v etched across the bonnet.

Looked like someone had used a scourer on the paint work - it was dull and flat.

Driving at 100 kph with ribbons flapping will do that!

The limo guys used to put clear 'contact adhesive' on their bonnets to prevent it - you know the sheets of plastic you used to wrap your school books in years ago....
