With the introduction of additional speed cameras here in Vic, I'm considering purchasing a safety device, namely a RoadAngel 6000 or 7000 GPS.
Just wondering if anyone has one, and how good they are in alerting "danger" areas, where these speed cameras are located. |

I have the 1000 model, it takes for ever to start with satellite connection and not very good with between city driving. However the warning system of potential danger spots for mobile cameras and fixed cameras is great. I don’t know about the 6000 or 7000 models. Road Angel is good being an Aussie company, but if I was buying a new one I would go Tom Tom or some other brand.
