Question HDD Multimedia

Hi Fadi.
I'm looking to install an MG-25 (or similar) HDD Multimedia device into my Territory for playing all media, but especially mp3s. Obviously it needs constant video for menu navigation.
It looks like all I really need is something to convert Component Video (Y, Pr, Pb) to RGBs and connect to the ICC input, and a booster cable for stereo audio.
I also want a Composite Video-in for a reversing camera.
I have the diagram for the RGBs input to the ICC.
Do I need your $420 manual unit? Will it do separate Component and Composite inputs? Do you have a stand-alone (read cheaper) Component to RGBs converter? Can it be installed to switch to cam when reversing even if the video is in use by the MG?

Thanks in advance,
Ross
