Default Lets Look after ourselves.

Hi guys,
After reading the Anxiety n Depression posts on here and that was really a big help for the guys that did suffer from Anxiety and Depression and it got me thinking.

A few months ago i went to the Doctor with my wife and she was the one that was sick.
I was sitting in the Doctors office and she turned to me and said "how long is it since you have had a blood test"? It turned out it was about 10 years ago.

If we took as much care about our body's as we do our cars we would live till were 120 years old. I am pretty fit for 61 years old walk a lot, don't smoke gave up drinking in 2006, weigh only 60kilos and don't have sugar in my diet.

I had the blood test and found out that my Cholesterol was up not too bad it was 5.4. so she has put me on tablets to get it down to 3.0.

High Cholesterol has no sympton's at all and if it stays high you run the risk of a Heart attack or a Stroke.

I've changed my diet a little and eat a lot more Vegs and grains and less Hot Chips which i love or use to.

So guys go and have a simple Blood test and make sure all is ok.
