Default Grass Roots Motorsport - Mt Tarrengower Hill Climb

Watched the Mt Tarrengower Hill Climb at Maldon (Vic) last weekend. Spent a couple of hours on Saturday and Sunday watching.

In my opinion, was more fun than watching Bathurst the weekend before. A lot a guts, determination and fun. Not a lot of money on the part of most participants but all having a go.

A few Fords there, but the Ford highlight to me was "oldmate" who rolled in and XB GT (replica?) with vintage caravan in tow. Unhooked caravan, proceeded to scrutineering, and then up the mountain Wasn't the fastest then there but was having fun. Great effort ..

BTW .. I think a Valiant Charger won the event ;)

From someone elses FB feed ("might" be visible)
