Default A/C Air vents not working.

I'm finally getting my Flash Cab to a registerable condition but have come up with a problem with the A/C vents.

Everything else (compressor, fan motor etc) but reguardless of where I turn the dial no air is coming out of the vents. I can hear it blowing somewhere and can feel whisps of it under and around the dash but none where it is supposed to be.

The question is has anyone else had this problem? If so is it just a minor fix or should I leave it until I replace the interior 6 months or so down the track?

Thanks
