There was some discussion on an event in Woden by the Holden club over the Bathurst weekend that We were invited to , has this been finalised or has it faded away ??

It was discussed at the last club meeting but due to the short notice, and members already committed to attending other activities (including Bathurst) over the long weekend, there was little support this year.

Can I have some contact details and if they are still running it I will go along and represent the club on Saturday if you want .
Would be a good venue to get the AFD and club brochures out there . |

Day although a little disjointed all turned out OK with the rain holding off untill the last 20 mins .
Many thanks to our Club President for assisting in relocating my first set up and helping with the second set up as the designated area was moved from the undercover car park to the main carpark . The Pokies fraternity that insited on parking amongst the show even where chairs and displays were set up was a "bit different" . I believe with lessons learnt this year and some more advanced planning next year will be better as the close adjacent facilities make this location ideal for an event like this .
