RSS is the Reverse park sensors fault...it doesnt usually immobilise the car?
My taxis do this code on the dash every time it rains...some wiring issue obviously I have tried to find it but not a big deal just means no reverse sensors and beepers. Have you tried disconnecting whatever wiring they did to the brakes yesterday and returning car to normal? Are sensors plugged in? Tow bar plug flap closed? Is battery properly charged? All brake lights etc working properly? |

Thanks Jastel, Racv could not solve the issue. 6 hours later discovered it was a flat battery!
Comes up as Code RSS and completely immobilized the car. Put a power pack on and all good! Worth noting if you have a FG falcon. |

New battery is first fix for anything on new cars.
It only takes an hour or so working on the car with doors open etc for them to go flat. Always go for a bigger than standard battery 500CCA min. |
