Default SA to crush Hoon Cars ?

Did anyone else catch the 6 pm news snippet where an application will be tabled in parliment to crush hoon cars and in addition make drag racing a criminal offence not a driving offence ?

when will mike allbran give us a race track ? this is going to end in tears sooner or later.

Adelaide roads confuse me. They're long, straight, 3 lanes wide and have a 60kph speed limit. It's so hard to resist the temptation to put your foot down.
