If you want to keep a car to 200000 and reliability is first Mazda 2 yes.
If you want a car that drives well handles well brakes well comfortable with straight forward controls Ford every day but this is for 120000kms not 200000kms.
Yes Mazda 3 is closer to the Fords but falls behind Focus in kw and torque.
Puma drives as well as the 3.
