When they have a long line of suckers willing to part big dollars for them, they don't even need to.

Someone is coming to steal that market from them though, just like Hilux they have sat on their hands too long. People will gladly swap, because they can't get them anyway, cause the order books have been closed for a while, and the waiting list is over 2 years.
