I have exactly the same components and got approx. 30 kw increase from bog stock. I have noticed a slight increase in fuel usage - but that's probably more to do with my driving style than anything else ;)
The pod hi-flow air conversion includes snorkel, pod, and airbox modification to accommodate the pod.
