Tell the owners that. As the other bloke said people just have their heads in the sand. Only have to look at the back catalogue for seven82 and lloyds auctions to see that the parties over and stuffs just not moving.
I had to ring seven82 today as the challenger i was interested in reappeared in next months auction, even though i watched it sell a couple of weeks ago clear of reserve.
He told me the number and its totally ridiculous. Might as well have been a million.
