Not exactly..............
Aldi sell top quality grocery lines under their own brand names at absolute bargain prices and consistently cheaper than Coles/Woolworths or Franklins
And they aren't 'foreign' brands just their own, the vast majority of what they sell is made in Australia, more in fact than the other big supermarket chains
