Of course they shouldnt be doing burnouts. My point is that the punishment is a bit harsh and not balanced. Why dont they just raise the fines and if they cant pay sell the cars and put the money back into the country.
Imagine if someone gets carried away and does some thing silly in a genuine GT40 or GTHO?
