Big Brother in Western Australia already caught out using electronic surveillance to monitor traffic on the Kwinana and Mitchell Freeways. Main Roads were caught using technology to monitor Bluetooth items in vehicles and on pedestrians and cyclist using the paths near the freeway, knowing it was illegal and ordered by the courts not to do so. 4 months post court order, they eventually stopped.
